Shipping & Returns
All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx. rates are determined by weight and destination. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to ship. During promotions, sales or holidays, ship time may be delayed up to 7 business days. Orders received on weekend days and holidays will be processed no sooner than the following business day.
Returning An Item
We will gladly accept any full price item for a refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and without alterations.
All sale, gift cards, custom product, and one of a kind pieces are final sale. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Exchanging An Item
We are happy to offer free exchanges on all Field Day goods. Because of the limited nature of our products, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with your desired exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will send the new item your way within three business days with a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. We will email you a prepaid, printable return shipping label so you can quickly and easily mail the item you wish to exchange back to us for free.
In order for an item to be eligible for exchange, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and without alterations.

Please allow 3 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. When your item is received, we will credit the card used to make the original purchase minus shipping and handling.
Please note shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of washed, worn, and damaged items, or any item returned after 30 days from original delivery.
Field Day will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
