To bring a fully immersive experience, the demand became clear in the modern hair culture to fuse elements of the barbershop and salon and bring a higher level of service to our clients - offering a more professional, exclusive, and tailored experience.

John “Larz” Larson is a dedicated family man and businessman who’s found passion, purpose, and opportunity through the art of barbering. Although this journey started in the midst of a 10 year career at Costco and a first born at home, John was inspired to get creative and add more value outside of his W2. He immediately started the required 1500 hours at Larry’s Barber College in 2016 to offer barbering services after work and school hours. This addition became the perfect compliment to his wife’s talents as a seasoned hairstylist and existing hair business.

In response to a rapidly growing clientele and an interest in other entrepreneurial ventures, John patiently put himself in a position to quit his 16 year career at Costco - committing more time to his family, clients, and business. He is even more excited to have this unique opportunity to collaborate and provide even more value to the community with Field Day - along with the platform to uplift and inspire other artists who share the same sense of freedom through the art of barbering.
